The property sourcing industry has long been misunderstood. For years, there was no clear path for agents to ensure they were operating legally and professionally. This is the challenge our founder, Tina Walsh, faced when she started her own deal packaging business 13 years ago.

With no dedicated body to provide guidance on sourcing compliance, and a general distrust of property sourcers by investors and finance providers, Tina saw an urgent need for change. She founded NAPSA to create a community built on facts, transparency, and a shared commitment to professionalism. Her vision was to clean up the sector and give dedicated agents the tools they need to succeed.

Today, 13 years later, NAPSA stands as a testament to that vision. We have supported hundreds of agents on their journey to full compliance, helping them avoid significant fines and operate with confidence.
